Our mission is not just to sell products, but to transform the lives of the weavers.
Handloom is the fabric of freedom, Indian Handlooms are beautiful home-grown products whose techniques have been handed down without much interventions and alterations through generations going back several centuries. We are devotedly passionate handloom lovers who have embarked on a journey to subsist, revive, and make a difference to the lives of talented handloom weavers.
We aspire to let our customers get insights into each process that the weavers are involved in, to bring their craft to them and experience a part of the heritage of a handmade woven authentic piece.
The foundation of our venture rests on two pillars: “Empowerment” and “Tradition renaissance”.
The weaver’s empowerment is achieved by direct collaboration with weavers, eliminating middlemen/intermediaries enabling them to partake of a significant share of profits.
The renaissance of tradition is achieved by providing financial stability, design inputs, working capital and modern contemporary marketing techniques to attract new clientele and explore newer markets.
We aim to invest substantial capital in skill development programs, healthcare initiatives, and educational opportunities for the weavers and their children.
Our vision is to see them thrive, not just as skilled artisans but as empowered individuals with due and just position in today’s world.
