Return & Exchange Policy

At SootSparsh, we are committed to providing a seamless and eco-friendly shopping experience for our customers worldwide. Our delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping your orders. Please take a moment to review the following information:

In the unlikely event that something you ordered is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Orders are eligible for return/exchange if:

  • - The product is clearly defective/damaged

  • - Received wrong product

  • - The product received does not match the images in terms of design/fabric/quality, as seen on the website.

  • * The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and in the same condition as you received it.

  • * The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • * Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • * Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • * Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • * Products bought during sale are non-refundable and hence cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • * Customers have to bear additional charges such as return cost. Such amount shall be indicated to the Customers in advance.

  • * Customers will have to share the images of the product received in order to initiate the return pick-up on email within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • * A confirmation mail would be sent to the customer, confirming the return/exchange request.

  • * Return pick-up will be facilitated by our customer care team with 3 business days from the date of return/exchange confirmation
