Given the special nature of our products and our dedication to sustainability, we have developed a distinct refund policy. We do not offer cash refunds; however, we have an alternative solution for our cherished customers.
If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or if the product you received doesn't meet your expectations, we are delighted to offer an exchange option. You have the opportunity to exchange your purchased item for any other product from our collection of sustainable, hand-woven treasures.
Should you choose a new product that exceeds the value of the item you initially purchased, we kindly ask that you pay the difference. Conversely, if the replacement item has a lower value, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or credit for the price difference.
The product you wish to exchange must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the package
The products must not be used or washed
The products should have the original tags/labels in place and folds intact
The products should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered
Exchanges are contingent upon product availability. In the event that your desired item is temporarily out of stock, we will work closely with you to identify a suitable alternative or provide that product at the earliest (same time as a pre-order).
