We curate each Sarees with utmost care and a great deal of importance is placed on quality and attention to detail. The Sarees go through Quality Checks before they are showcased, sold, and shipped to you.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, you may return or exchange the product within 10 days of receiving it.

Orders are eligible for return/exchange if:

  • The product is clearly defective/damaged.
  • Received wrong product.
  • The product received does not match the images in terms of design/fabric/quality, as seen on the website.
  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
  • Customers have to bear additional charges such as return cost. Such amount shall be indicated to the Customers in advance.
  • Customers will have to share the images of the product received in order to initiate the return pick-up.
  • A confirmation mail would be sent to the customer, confirming the return/exchange request.
  • Return pick-up will be facilitated by our customer care team within 3 business days from the date of return/exchange confirmation.
